Silver Mountain Express Terms and Conditions
By placing a reservation with SME LLC you:
  • Acknowledge and agree to SME LLC terms and conditions
  • Authorize SME LLC to charge your credit card for all charges related to the reservation
  • Charges may include but not limited to:
    • No show
    • Vehicle cleaning or damage
    • Cancellation when the period is reached
 
Silver Mountain Express Waiting Time:
  • SME apply hourly rate waiting time at 15 min increments
  • Any additional stops will be considered as waiting time
  • SME provide 15 min grace period on the way to the final destination
  • All stops must be planned ahead
  • All airport pickup reservations, you will be considered no-show if complementary waiting time has expired
  • SME complimentary waiting time is 1 hour for international flights, 45 minutes for domestic flights and 20 minutes for resident or hotel pickups.
 
Silver Mountain Express Deposit:
  • A valid credit card is required to hold any reservation
  • SME accept all major credit cards
 
Silver Mountain Express Cancellation:
  • SME require 24 hours advanced notice for all reservations or full charge will be assessed
  • SME will charge the full amount of fare to all no-show clients
  • SME will not charge if flight is delayed or canceled by airline
 
Silver Mountain Express Change:
  • SME require a call to customer service for any change to an existing reservation
  • SME require a call to customer service if the flight is missed or delayed for more than one hour to reschedule
 
Silver Mountain Express Rates:
  • All rates are subject to audit after the order is complete
  • Audits include but not limited to tolls, parking fees, additional stops and so on
  • A 20% chauffeur gratuity will be added to the final bill
  • Any additional gratuity would be an addition to the 20% you have already paid
  • Grocery stops are available at $80/hour
 
Silver Mountain Express Surcharges
  • Out of pocket chargers includes but not limited to road tolls, parking, airport fees and luggage carts will be billed to the clients
  • Early morning fees of 10% applies between 11 pm and 5 am
  • Holiday surcharge of 10% applies between Dec, 18th and Jan, 9th
 
Silver Mountain Express Limitations and Liability
SME, LLC is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature, and or circumstances that are beyond our control – including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays.
